MAIN GALLERY - Connected

The three dimensional artists that form the Clay Feet group of ceramicists will transform the exhibition space into a feast of surface, texture, pattern and form. Featuring sculptural ceramics by eight emerging and established female artists, this exhibition showcases a number of different approaches to clay practice.

Featuring ceramics by Andrea Vinkovic, Jillian Archibald, Elaine Bradley, Belinda Johnson, Pauline Mann, Narda McMahon, Veronica McGrath and Gillian Treichel.

COMMUNITY ROOM – Shapes Beneath the Surface
Artist in Focus Anne Ryan

Exploration of surface through ceramics Ceramic workshops and artists demonstrations including hand building techniques, raku firing and throwing workshops will be held throughout the month.

MAIN GALLERY - Tim Maley

This exhibition will feature a selection of paintings and drawings created in a mentorship project between Tim Maley and Si Hummerston. The exhibition and project was made possible through the Department of Culture and the Arts funding for artists with disabilities.

MAIN GALLERY - Mine Own Executioner 2010 curated by Nalda Searles

Well known for works of originality and depth, Western Australia’s pre-eminent self portraiture exhibition returns for its 16th consecutive year at the Mundaring Arts Centre. With renowned fibre artist Nalda Searles as this year’s curator, 2010 promises to mark another important milestone in the continuing evolution of this unique exhibition.

MAIN GALLERY – The Twelve Days of Christmas

Celebrate the Festive season with a cornucopia of fine arts, craft and design by members of the Mundaring Arts Centre. Artists and artisans working individually, in partnerships or in collaborative groups will share their passions, talents and creative energies, in perfect timing for the Christmas Season.

COMMUNITY ROOM – Leschenaultia Lace Makers
Display of various textile techniques including an artist in residence demonstrating lace making techniques.


Exhibitions are complemented by workshops, artist’s talks and residencies.
